Fresh Cranberry Orange Relish. **** 11/95

1 naval orange; about 8 oz.
12 oz bag cranberries
3/4 cup sugar
Put unpeeled orange, cranberries and sugar in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Chill at least one hour before serving. For a REAL treat, make up a package of cherry jello; chill until semi firm, then add one cup of the above mixture. Chill until firm.
