Peaches Filled With Cheese 1/1/95 ****

1 can peach halves
3 tablespoon cheddar cheese; shredded
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter; softened
1 cayenne pepper
1 lettuce
3 oz cream cheese; softened
5 tablespoon cream
1 paprika
Drain peaches. Mix cheeses with butter; season to taste with Cayenne. Fill peach halves. Arrange on individual dishes on a bed of lettuce. Beat together cream cheese and cream; spoon over peaches. Sprinkle with paprika.
