Tzatziki Sauce 11/99

1 cucumber; grated & drained
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 large garlic clove; minced
1 teaspoon dill weed
salt and Pepper to taste
Mix together and chill for at least one hour. Serve as a dip, or on sandwich wraps, or with crudites.
Yield: 6 servings
