Spaghetti & Meatballs Alfredo #696 8/04

1 large egg; slightly beaten
3 tablespoon milk
1 1/2 tablespoon ketchup
2/3 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
3 tablespoon onions; finely chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup flour
angel hair pasta
-----Alfredo Sauce-----
2 cups heavy cream
6 tablespoon Butter
1 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
black pepper to tase
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
In a bowl, combine the first 8 meatball ingredients. Add beef and mix well. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. Roll in flour, shaking off excess. Place on a greased baking pan. Bake uncovered at 400°F for ten minutes. Turn meatballs; bake for 12 - 15 minutes longer or until meat is no longer pink. For the Alfredo sauce. Put 1 1/3 cup of the cream and butter into a saucepan and simmer until thickened, then remove from the heat. Add the rest of the cream, cheese, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the meatballs and heat. Serve over angel hair pasta.
