Peach Pudding 8/11 #961

_____CRUST_____
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Butter; melted
3/4 cup milk
_____TOPPING_____
4 cups peaches; sliced
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup sour cream
2 egg yolks
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

CRUST **** Mix ingredients just until blended. Spread evenly in a 13 X 9 X 3 inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Set aside. TOPPING ***** Mix ingredients in a bowl. Pour over batter and spread evenly. Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with lots of cinnamon sugar while still hot. Serve with cream or ice cream.
