Braunschweiger Ball **** 10/93

8 oz cream cheese
1 lb braunschweiger
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon miracle whip
2 tablespoon grated onion
8 oz tub soft cream cheese
1 sliced olives
1 paprika

Nuke the cream cheese for 47 seconds on high. Whip it up and then add the Braunschweiger, lemon juice, onion, Miracle Whip and whip until smooth. Shape into a ball and put into the freezer until solid. Frost with the soft cream cheese and garnish with sliced olives and paprika or apply some ground up cashews, etc. This freezes well.
