Easy Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie #959 7/11

1 cup cooked chicken, cut up
1/2 cup peas
2/3 cup pearl onions
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 cup bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup shreded cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix chicken, veggies, sour cream, and chicken soup together and spread into bottom of non greased 9 inch round glass pie pan. Mix Bisquick, milk and egg together. Sprinkle cheese on top of the chicken mixture and then pour Bisquick mixture on top of that. Bake for 30 minutes or until top turns golden brown.
