Brown Sugar BBQ Chicken #845 8/07

8 chicken drum sticks
2 10.75 oz cans condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 cup onion; chopped
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
6 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Combine everything exept the chicken in a bowl. Pour a little of the mixture into the crock pot. Place chicken in crock pot and cover with remaining sauce, making sure mixture covers all the pieces. Cook on high for 4 hours. Remove chicken from crock pot. Pour sauce into a saucepan and boil it down until it is the desired thickness. Add chicken and cook until warmed through.

Yield: 4 servings
