Three Milks Cake 7/99 *****

18 1/4 oz white cake mix with pudding
1 cup whipping cream
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
12 oz can evaporated milk
2 tablespoon white creme decacao ----CHOCOLATE MOUSSE************---
1/2 cup milk
2 13/16 oz nestle chocolate mousse mix

Heat oven to 350. Spray 13 X 9 inch baking pan with Pam; set aside. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour into prepared pan. Bake as directed on package until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool ten minutes in pan. Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine cream, sweatened condensed milk, evaporated milk and 2 TB. liqueur. Beat at medium speed until well mixed(1 to 2 minutes) With a fork, poke holes all over surface of cake. Slowly pour milk mixture over surface of cake until completely soaked. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Mousse; In a medium bowl combine 1/2 cup milk, mousse mix and 1 TB liqueur; mix well. Refrigerate at least one hour. Stir mouse mixture. Pipe mousse with a cookie press onto each serving, or just put a nice design on the entire cake. Store in the fridge. PS the Mousse Mix is 2.8 oz package. This program just wont take it that way.
