Chocolate Chip Cheesecake - 3/91 ***

24 each cream filled chocolate oreos
1/4 cup crisco shortening, melted
3 each 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
14 oz can eagle brand sweet milk
3 each eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips, divided
1 teaspoon flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Finely crush the cookies to make about two cups. Combine crumbs and shortening; press firmly on bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese untill fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Toss 1/2 cup chocolate chips with flour to coat; stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chips over top. Bake for 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
