Holiday Pie

8 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoon milk
3/4 cup snipped dried beef (4 oz)
2 tablespoon onion; minced
2 tablespoon green pepper; minced
1/2 cup sour cream
Soften the cheese and mix with the milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in a pie tin and bake at 300 - 325 for 15 minutes. Spread on party rye.
Yield: 10 servings
