4 tablespoon Butter
1 1/2 onions; minced
2 tablespoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon chilies
2 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 lb ground beef; 80/20
1/4 cup Water
4 hot dogs
4 buns
mustard

In a medium saute pan over medium heat, add butter and 1 minced onion. Saute until translucent, but do not brown. Next add chili powder, salt, paprika, allspice, curry, dry mustard, and cinnamon. Stir. Then add ground beef, Stir thoroughly and cook for 5 minutes or until pink is gone. Add water, lower heat, and simmer for twenty minutes. You may have to add some more water to this if it gets too dry. In a medium stock pot, boil hot dogs in salted water. Put a mesh screen on top and steam the buns. Add meat mixture to hot dogs in the buns, top with remaining minced onion, and mustard.
