Wagon Wheel Breakfast Pie #778 1/06

3 cups shredded hash browns; thawed
3 oz cream cheese; softened
1/4 cup milk
4 teaspoon milk
4 green onions; chopped
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
12 sausage links; uncooked
1/2 cup bisquick
2 large eggs
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Place the hash browns in a 10" quiche dish coated with Pam. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup milk, onion, salt, and pepper; spread over the potatoes. Arrange sausage links over the potatoes in a spoke like fashion. In a small bowl, whisk the Bisquick, eggs, nutmeg, and remaining milk until smooth; pour between the sausages. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
