Baked Onions & Sour Cream **** 1/2 2/93

4 3 onions
1/4 cup butter; softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon parsley
1 pepper to taste
Put onions on a foil lined baking sheet and bake at 375 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. They WILL get runny and skuzzy. During the last half hour of baking time, put an empty casserole dish in the oven to heat up. Cut ends off of onion skins and pop out the onions. Transfer onions to hot casserole. Add remaining ingredients except pepper and stir gently to mix. Sprinkle pepper to taste on top. Serve hot.
