Swiss Cheese & Sausage Strata #547 12/00

3 slices white bread
1/2 lb sausage
1/2 teaspoon dry Mustard
1 cup swiss cheese; grated
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
clementines or other fruits; to serve with
Fit bread into an 8 X 8 inch baking dish. Brown the sausage and mix in the dry mustard. Beat eggs and milk together with the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Layer, putting bread first, then sausage, then cheese, and finally pour egg mixture over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Serve with the fruit.
