1 lb bulk italian sausage
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove; minced
15 1/2 oz can butter beans; drained
15 oz can black beans; drained
14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes; undrained
14 1/2 oz can beef broth
1 teaspoon basil
1 parmesan cheese
In a large saucepan; cook onion, garlic, and sausage until sausage is browned; drain. Add beans, toamtoes, broth and basil. Cover and simmer for ten minutes. Sprinkle each serving with parmesan cheese. Serve with Italian grilled cheese, MM #418
