Pork Tenderloin With Mustard Sauce #683 2/04

1 lb pork tenderloin
Salt
garlic powder
1 cup marsala wine
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon beau monde ------Mustard Sauce------
1 cup hellman's Mayo
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoon parsley
2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Sprinkle the tenderloin with salt and garlic powder. Bake in a shallow baking pan for 1 3/4 hours at 325°F. Combine the wine, onion salt, and Beau Monde and simmer for 1 minute. Slice tenderloin about 1/2" thick, place in wine sauce and reheat when ready to serve. Combine all the ingredients for the mustard sauce. Serve tenderloin slices over rice and pour some of the wine sauce over. Serve mustard sauce in a separate dish.

Yield: 4 servings
