Dilled Cukes & Sour Cream **** 3/92

2 each small cukes; thinly sliced
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper; freshly ground
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoon parsley
2 each green onions; sliced thin
1 cup sour cream
1 each tomato; cut into sixths
1 single parsley for garnish

Soak cukes in salt water for 1 hour. Drain and pat dry. Combine dill weed, salt, pepper, sugar, red wine vinegar, parsley, onions, and sour cream. Add cukes and mix. Turn mixture into a serving dish. garnish with tomato wedges and parsley.

Yield: 6 servings
