Pollo Fajitas #938 12/09

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 large clove garlic; minced
6 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast; cut into strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion; thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper; sliced
1/2 lemon, juiced; optional
tortillas
shredded cheddar cheese
diced tomatoes
sour cream
avocado slices; optional
In a medium bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, vineagar, soy sauce, chili powder, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Pound chicken fairly flat; cut into bite size strips. Place chicken in sauce and turn to coat. Marinate for 30 minuttes at room temperture or cover and refrigerate for several hours. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add chicken strips to the pan, and saute for five minutes, stirring. Add the onions and green pepper and saute another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with the lemon juice if desired. Wrap up in tortillas. Serve with diced tomatoes, sour cream and shredded cheddar. You can also add some slices of avocado. Serve this with refried beans (#939).
