Pigs-In-A-Blanket 8/98

4 all beef hot dogs
8 oz crescent rolls
1 ketchup or mustard to taste
1 sauerkraut; 2 ts. per dog
1 shredded cheese
1 chopped onion
1 tomato soup

Preheat oven to 375. Open Crescent rolls and separate into rectangles. Smear condiments over the dough to personal taste. Place one hot dog at the narrow end of each rectangle and roll up to make "pigs-in a blanket". Place the pigs in a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with extra sauerkraut on the side. It would be a good idea to fry or broil the dogs a little in advance. Serve this with a cup of Cream of Tomato soup.
