1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
1/2 cup hellman's mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped onion, sauteed
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon dill weed
2 english muffins; split
4 slices cook ham
4 slices tomatoe
4 slices swiss cheese
4 canned cling peach halves
1 pitted olives for garnish
Mix chopped olives with mayo, onion and seasonings. Spread half of the mixture on buns: top with ham, tomatoe and cheese. Place is a shallow baking pan. Add peaches, cut side up; fill with remaining olive mixture. Heat in a 375 oven for ten minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Garnish with pitted olives.
Yield: 2 servings
