4 boneless chicken breast
1 halves
1/2 boursin cheese mix
1 sheet frozen puff pastry
1 beaten egg yolk
----BOURSIN CHEESE**************---
8 oz cream cheese; softened
1 stick butter; softened
1 teaspoon garlic; bottled, minced
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon bell pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
Mix all cheese ingredients together until smooth. Partially cook chicken breasts, cool, and cut into bite size pieces. Mix chicken together with 1/2 of the cheese mixture. Use remaining cheese for an excellent spread on crackers. Put chicken mixture into four ramekins or soup bowls. Cut puff pastry into four parts to fit on bowls or ramekins. Brush some egg yolk on cup lips and a small amount on pastry tops. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. Serve as is or remove pastry, put chicken on plates, and top with the pastry.
