Ham & Cheese Strata 10/98

8 slices white bread, crust
1 cut off and cubed.
1/4 lb ham; cubed
1/2 lb sausage; cooked & drained
3/4 cup swiss cheese; shredded
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup butter; melted
2 cup corn flakes; crushed
Grease an 8" X 8" baking dish. Spread half of bread cubes evenly on bottom. Add ham and sausage and both cheeses. Cover with remaining bread cubes. In a medium bowl, mix eggs, milk, onion salt, and dry mustard. Pour evenly over bread cubes. Refrigerate over night. Combine corn flakes and butter for topping. Spread over casserole. Bake at 375 for 40 to 50 minutes.
