1 medium head of cabbage
1/3 cup onion; chopped
1/3 cup stuffed green olives; chopped
3/4 cup hellman's mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 tomatoes for garnish
Finely grate cabbage, add chopped onions and olives. Mix the remaining ingredients for dressing and toss gently with the cabbage mixture. Chill before serving and garnish with tomatoes. The dressing can be thinned with a little milk in necessary.
Yield: 8 servings
