Grilled Roast Beef Sandwich 2/99

4 oz chopped green chiles; drained
2 tablespoon miracle whip
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
4 slices rye bread
2 slices swiss cheese
2 slices roast beef
2 tablespoon butter
1 creamy horseradish(optional)

Combine chilies, Miracle Whip and mustard; spread about 1 TB on one side of each slice of bread. Top half of the bread with layered cheese and beef. Cover with remaining bread. Butter outsides of bread. Grill sandwiches on a griddle or in a large skillet over medium heat until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve with creamy horseradish sauce if desired.
