Emmylou's Chicken **** 6/96

2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
16 oz cup cooked, diced, chicken
4 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1 10 oz frozen broccoli pieces
3/4 cup sour cream
3 slices bread for crumbs
2 tablespoon butter for crumbs
Preheat oven to 350. Melt 2 Tb. butter in a saucepan, add flour, stir and let bubble for a few seconds. Add the blue cheese, 1/2 can of soup, chicken, marjoram, 2 Tb. parmesan cheese and broccoli. Fold in the sour cream. Pour into a greased casserole. Put bread slices into a food processor to make the crumbs. Put crumbs in a bowl with 2 Tb. melted butter and mix. Put this on top of the casserole along with the remaining 2 Tb. Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
