1 28 oz can baked beans; undrained
1 lb hot dogs; cut in inch pieces
3 tablespoon molasses
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/2 cup onion; chopped

1 6.5 oz golden corn muffin mix
Heat oven to 375°F . In a large saucepan, combine all casserole ingredients, mix well. Cook over medium high heat until bubbly, stirring frequently. Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Prepare corn muffin mix according to package directions. Spoon batter evenly around edge of hot bean mixture. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
