Chicken With Creamy Mustard Sauce 7/92

----CHICKEN----
1 1/2 cup water
4 each chicken breast halves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper ----CREAMY MUSTARD SAUCE----
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 each garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon cornstarch ----PASTA----
2 cup rotini; cooked
2 tablespoon parsley; fresh, chopped

Bring water to a boil in a large skillet. Add chicken, salt and pepper; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until chicken is tender and juices run clear. Meanwhile, cream the cheese with the mustard, beating until smooth. Gradually add remaining sauce ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour mixture into saucepan and cook until thickened, stirring occasionally. To serve, place hot cooked rotini on serving plate. Top with chicken and sauce. Garnish with parsley
