1 large pkg crescent rolls
1 lb sausage; cooked
1 cup hash browns; thawed
2 tablespoon parmesan cheese; grated
1 cup cheddar cheese; shredded
5 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Brown sausage, drain. Line a 10 inch quiche dish with the crescent rolls. There may be a couple left over. Just bake 'em and eat them. Spoon on sausage, sprinkle with hash browns, and top with the cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt , and pepper: pour over all. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
