Beef Ribs With Horseradish Sauce **** +

----RIBS----
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup parsley
1 tablespoon louisiana hot sauce
1 teaspoon mint
1 cup dry white wine
2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 lb country style beef ribs ----SAUCE----
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon sweet mustard sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 dash worcestershire sauce
4 oz horseradish

RIBS: Put about 8 cups of water in a dutch oven; add all remaining rib ingredients except the ribs. Cook for about 10 minutes and then add the ribs. Cook covered until very tender, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Drain and serve with horseradish sauce. Horseradish Sauce: Whip together the mayo and olive oil. Add remaining ingredients and whip really well. This sauce would also be good on a Cottage ham.
