1 lb ground beef
1 14 1/2 oz. can chopped tomatoes
1 10 oz. can diced tomatoes & chilies
2 teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 6 oz can Tomato paste
1 teaspoon bay leaf
6 oz medium egg noodles
6 green onions; chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese

Brown grown beef in a dutch oven; drain. Stir in chopped tomatoes and next 4 engredients; cook five minutes. Add tomato paste and bay leafs, simmer for thirty minutes. Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain. Stir together noodles, green onions and sour cream until blended. Place noodle mixture in bottom of a Pammed 13 X 9 inch baking dish. Top with meat mixture; sprinkle evenly with cheeses. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes. Uncover casserole and bake 5 more minutes. Freeze casserole if desired. Thaw in fridge overnight. Bake as directed.
