Baked Potato Fries 7/98

1/2 cup italian season bread crumbs
14 oz frozen dinner fries
1 egg; beaten
1 1/2 teaspoon butter; melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cayenne pepper; to taste
Place breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Dip fries in egg, and dredge in breadcrumbs. Place fries in a single layer on a jellyroll pan; drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with salt and Cayenne to taste. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes on each side or until golden. Serve these with some warmed up Nacho cheese dip.
