seasoned salt; to taste
2 large eggs; beaten
1/2 cup flour
2 cups Italian Style bread crumbs
4 tablespoon olive oil
1 10.75 oz can mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup white wine
Preheat oven to 350°F. Season pork chops with garlic powder and seasoned salt. Place the beaten eggs in a bowl. Dredge the pork chops in flour, dip in the egg, and coat liberally with the bread crumbs. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Fry the chops until golden on both sides. Transfer to a 9 X 13 inch baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Meanwhile, combine the soup, milk, and white wine in a bowl. After the chops have baked for 1 hour, cover them with the soup mixture. Replace the foil and bake for another 30 minutes. If you serve this with rice or someting like that, double the sauce.
