Bacon-Egg English Muffin #695 8/04

2 large eggs
1 tablespoon cream cheese; softened
1 english muffin; toasted
2 slices american Cheese
2 slices canadian Bacon
Spread cream cheese on muffin halves. Top with cheese slices. In a skillet, cook Canadian bacon until heated through. Place over cheese. Poach eggs and place over bacon.
