Angel Chicken (Crock Pot) #545 12/00

6 boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup butter
1 .7 oz. pkg Italian salad dressing mix
1 10 3/4 oz. cans condensed golden mushroom soup
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 8 oz. tub cream cheese with chives and onion
angel hair pasta or couscous
chives (for garnish)

Place chicken in crock pot. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the Italian dressing mix. Stir in soup, wine, and cheese. Cook and stir until cheese is melted and combined. Pour over the chicken. Cover and cook over low heat for 4 to 5 hours. Spread chicken and sauce over hot cooked pasta or couscous. Sprinkle with chives.
