Amish Breakfast Casserole #950 12/10

1/2 lb sausage
1/2 large onion; chopped
2 large eggs; slightly beaten
1 1/3 cups frozen shredded hash browns; thawed
3/4 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
In a skillet, cook sausage and onion until sausage is no longer pink. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients, stir in cooled sausage mixture. Transfer to a greased 8" X 8" baking pan. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes or until set and bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
