2 oz vodka
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper or to taste
1 single pepper, freshly ground
1 single salt
1 single tomato juice

Mix everything together except the tomato juice in a large glass. Add tomato juice and ice to fill glass. This was from Mergus Rest. in Canton, said to be from the original author. Add a celery stalk to stir it with.
