Pineapple Dijon Sauce for Ham #947 rev 4/10

1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple in juice
Combine sugar, syrup and mustard in a saucepan. Heat to a simmer. Mix cornsatrch with a little water and stir into the sugar mix. Add pineapple with some of the juice. Simmer, stirring until sauce thickens. Serve with ham. See "Ham With Dijon Pineapple Sauce" for original recipe. This is about 1/3 of the original.
