Oven Fried Steak #929 9/09

2 small filet mignons
McCormack Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 slices bacon
Salt
1 1/2 tablespoon oil
Rub in some steak seasoning and salt on both sides of the meat. Wrap with the bacon and secure with toothpicks. Heat oil in a cast iron fry pan until hot. Add steaks to pan and reduce heat to medium. Sear on both sides for about 5 minutes per side. Wipe excess oil from pan. Cover and put in a 350°F oven for about 20 minutes for well done or less for medium or rare.
