Hook's Green Beans **** 6/97

2 can french style green beans
1/2 lb bacon; cut into 1 pieces
1 salt to taste
Cook bacon until fat is rendered but bacon is still soft. Drain the beans and put is a saucepan. Add the bacon and bacon fat to beans. Cook beans until warmed through. Add salt to taste.
Yield: 4 servings
