Refried Beans #939 12/09

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic; minced
1 tablespoon pickled, chopped jalapenos
2 tablespoon chopped onion
1/2 pkg sazon Seasoning - 1/2 heaping teasp
1 15 oz. can pinto beans
1/2 lime, juiced
salt and pepper to taste
In a saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, jalapeno, onion, and Sazon. Saute until they start to soften, about 3 minutes. Add the pinto beans, including the liquid. Simmer until beans heat through and soften, another 4 to 5 minutes. Using a potatoe masher, mash the beans. Season with the salt and pepper to taste. Stir in all or some of the lime juice. Serve with Pollo Fajitas (#938)
