Ham & Noodle Casserole **** 1/2

3 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon flour
1 cup cream
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar (6 oz.)
1 1/2 cup cooked, diced ham; (8 oz.)
2 tablespoon horseradish (or 3)
15 oz can peas; drained
1 1/2 cup cooked noodles
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
Melt butter in a saucepan. Blend in flour. Add cream; stirring constantly until a smooth, thick sauce forms. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts. Add horseradish, peas, ham, and noodles; blend well. Pour mixture into a greased 1 qt. casserole. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
