Tangy Mustard Cauliflower **** 10/96

1 head cauliflower
3/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoon chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cook cauliflower, drain and separate flowerettes. Combine sour cream, onion, mustard, and cheese. Add the hot cauliflower and mix gently until cheese melts. Serve this as is or let it cool off for a salad.

Yield: 6 servings
