Cauliflower Au Gratin

6 tablespoon butter
2 cloves of garlic
4 oz cooked ham
1 head cauliflower pieces
2 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 cup whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pepper to taste
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cup swiss cheese 4 to 6 ounces
2 tablespoon parsley

Melt butter in large skillet. Saute garlic and ham for 2 minutes. Add cauliflower and cook until crisp tender. Combine flour and cream; stir into skilet and blend well. Add salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. cook and stir until thickened and bubbly; cook and stir one more minute. Pour into a 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Place under a preheated broiler until lightly browned, about 2-4 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediatley.

Yield: 4 servings
