Impossible Reuben Pie **** 10/95

6 oz thinly sliced corned beef
8 oz can sauerkraut; drained
4 oz swiss cheese; shredded
1 1/4 cup milk
3 eggs
3/4 cup bisquick original baking mix
1/4 cup thousand island dressing
1/2 teaspoon caraway seed

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease 10X1 1/2 inch quiche plate. Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, and cheese in a bowl, then spread into bottom of pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients for about 1 minute or until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden and knife inserted comes out clean. Cool five minutes.
