1 lb sweet Italian sausage
1/2 cup onion; chopped
3/4 cup green bell pepper; chopped
1 3.5 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 15 oz. can Contadina pizza sauce
1 small can sliced black olives
8 oz sliced mozzarella cheese
2 cup shredded cheddar
1 10 oz. can refrigerated pizza crust; pillsbury
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 375. Spray 9 X 13 inch glass baking dish with Pam or olive oil spray. Combine sausage, onion and bell pepper in a pan; cook over medium high heat until sausage is no longer pink. Stirring occasionally. Drain. Stirr in pizza sauce and olives; heat until bubbly. Spoon into sprayed dish. Top warm mixture evenly with pepperoni, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. Unroll dough on a work surface. Starting at center, press out dough with hands to form 9 X 13 inch rectangle. Place dough over cheese in baking dish. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Invert when serving so that the crust is on the bottom. Cut into squares to serve. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. This reheats very well. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
