5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake #909 4/09

4 tablespoon flour
4 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon cocoa
1 large egg
3 tablespoon milk
3 tablespoon oil
3 tablespoon chocolate chip
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Add dry ingredients to bowl and mix well. Add egg and mix. Pour in the milk and oil and mix. Add chocolate chips and vanilla and mix. Spray 1 large coffee mug or two small ones with Pam. Pour the mixture into the mug. Place in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 wats. The cake will rise over top of the mug, but don't be alarmed. Allow to cool a little and tip out onto a plate.
