Pat's Vegetable Rice Casserole ****

16 oz velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 lb butter; (1 stick)
2 cup uncle ben's long grain wild
1 five minute rice, uncooked
20 oz frozen vegetables (broccoli,
1 carrot, cauliflower)
In one pan, melt the cheese, soup and butter. In second pan, make the rice. In third pan, cook the veggies according to package instructions. In a deep casserole, make 2 layers of veggies, rice, and sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
