Creamy Dijon Parmesan ***1/2 10/95

1 cup buttermilk
8 oz sour cream
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Whip all of the ingredients together until smooth. Chill overnight to blend flavors.
