17 oz can sweet corn
3 oz cream cheese
4 oz can green chiles; diced
1/4 cup green onions; sliced
1/4 cup red pepper; chopped
Drain corn reserving two TB of the liquid. Combine reserved liquid and cream cheese in a saucepan. Heat and blend until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. You could add some Velveeta to this if you like.
